Tim & Heather Hooker

Our Story

Tim has been a plumber for 28 years and he has managed or worked on major projects across Eugene and Springfield—from Flock 13 Student Housing and Bridges on Broadway to personally plumbing 12 custom homes he built himself. His deep understanding of every stage of construction ensures that every plumbing job goes smoothly and efficiently.

Heather began her career in bookkeeping 20 years ago, with seven years in office management. She’s also contributed her creative eye to interior design projects like Coburg Pizza Company and several residential homes, including three of their own.

Together, Tim and Heather are raising three children and enjoy traveling and outdoor adventures as a family. They are both active members of Life Bible Church in Harrisburg, and founded Spring Well Plumbing to combine their professional expertise with their passion for serving others and building a family legacy.
